PDF work finishes in the tab

Merge, split, compress. The file stays with you.

  1. Nothing is uploaded The PDF opens and downloads in your browser. We do not keep a copy.
  2. Compression is honest Photo-heavy PDFs shrink. Text-only files barely change. We do not promise a size.
  3. Locked files If there is a password, type it. If it still fails, the file is damaged or the password is wrong. We do not crack passwords.

Where do the PDFs go?

They stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. If you allow it, page stats and ads run; the file does not leave.

Does it cost anything?

No. No account and no daily quota. The downloaded file stays with you.

How many files can I merge?

Up to 20 PDFs, about 50 MB each. If you go over, you get a warning and the files already chosen stay.

How small will it get?

It depends on the file. Embedded images shrink. Text-only PDFs barely change. After it finishes you see the old and new size.

Can I open a locked PDF?

Type the password. If it still fails, the file is damaged or the password is wrong. We do not crack passwords.

Will Word match the PDF layout?

No. Text and optional page images come through. Columns, tables, and fonts will not match. Scanned PDFs run OCR first.

Why is OCR slow?

Recognition runs in the browser, page by page. The first run downloads language data; the PDF is not uploaded. A blurry phone photo yields weak text.

Is this a legal e-signature?

No. The drawing or PNG is stamped onto the page. It is not KEP or a qualified electronic signature.
